6/9/08 Monday's uninspired bento...
Not too inspired today - some leftovers and trying to use up the fruit in the fridge...
Mine has baslamic glazed beets, artichoke hearts, mozz stuffed peppers, pickles, chicken, noodles, tomatoes, etc.
Tom's has noodles, chicken, and carrots - he is less adventurous on the pickled items!

how/when do you pack your noodles so they aren't dry and sticky? i will never have time to cook noodles in the morning, but would they get all hard and sticky in the fridge overnight? great blog!
