So...it has been a very long, hard week, so I made my lunch in the Hard Road bento box - seemed very appropriate!! Fun treats today include inside out avocado rolls, fruit sushi, and decorated sour marshmallows!! That's right - pineapple and tangerine sour marshmallows - from Mexico. They are delish!!
